Date Syrup Pancakes

Fluffy pancakes with a sweet twist, drizzled in date syrup.

Ingredients: 1 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 3/4 cup milk, 2 tbsp melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla extract, Date syrup (for serving), Optional: sliced bananas, chopped nuts, whipped cream.

Instructions: Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in egg, milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Cook pancakes on a hot, greased skillet until golden brown. Serve warm with a drizzle of date syrup and optional toppings.
